WP5 Process Innovation

• Goal: to provide a roadmap for innovation of the biomarker development process

• Approach:

        • evaluation of the different assay development strategies in work packages 1-4 (for example targeted mass spectrometry versus immunoassay development) 
        • identification of hurdles and solutions for open data sharing, to make collaborative biomarker research more effective

• Expected outcomes: publication of a roadmap for optimal biomarker development and a framework of best practices for data and results sharing, reuse and integration
