WP1 Biomarker Identification

• Goal: to integrate existing –omics data for identification of pathways and candidate biomarkers for differential dementia diagnosis

• Approach: 

        • data-integration of existing biomarker discovery datasets of already available data sets
        • biocomputational prediction of antibody-antigen interactions in body fluids 

• Expected outcomes: 

        • prioritized biomarker candidates for further development
        • big-data integration platform
        • Dementia Disease Map
        • novel algorithms to predict antibody-antigen interactions
