Shreyasee has always been passionate about neuroscience and, within the MIRIADE project, she will be working on the downstream validation and commercialization of a CSF and plasma based immunoassay for a dementia biomarker called Neurofilament Light. She will also be working on developing immunoassays for synaptic biomarkers of dementia and validating them through clinical studies. For the development of novel immunoassays, Shreyasee will be focusing on ELISA and single molecular array (Simoa®) based approaches.
